Quello Clinic, Ltd., has three Urgent Care centers called Family Convenience Care located in the southwestern suburbs of the Twin Cities. The purpose of the centers is to provide care for minor illnesses and injuries. No appointments are necessary; patients are seen on a first come, first served basis. Patients with significant injuries and illnesses will generally be directed to the emergency room if their care requires services or specialist consults that normally are not provided at Urgent Care centers.
 
Urgent Care centers are not equipped to handle life threatening emergencies. We strongly advise you to use the emergency room for those situations. We recommend that in the event of an emergency you go to the nearest hospital emergency department.

Eye infections and minor injuries
Earaches
Skin problems
Bladder infections
Puncture wounds and minor lacerations

We respect the practice of your primary physicians and will direct you back to them for follow up. No phone advice will be given.
